How long will it take for my order to be processed and dispatched to the UK?  

Greeting card orders will usually be processed and dispatched between 1 and 3 working days. Please note the Christmas period will take slightly longer.

Personalised Gift Wrap will usually be processed and dispatched between 3 and 5 working days. Please note the Christmas period will take slightly longer.

Bespoke greeting card requests can take between 5-10 working days, once you have submitted a request, we will give you more definitive timings. 

Orders are sent via Royal Mail first class which they advise can take on average 1-2 days to delivery. Please note, we cannot take responsibility for the Royal Mail postal delivery timings. The Christmas period will take slightly longer.

For busier periods, please anticipate slightly longer turnaround times.

How do I approve my Photo Upload Personalised Wrapping Paper?

The 'Photo Upload' Personalised wrapping paper product listings require an approval before processing and printing the order. This is to ensure you are happy with the design and layout. We will email you your proof so please be sure to keep an eye on your emails for the following days after submitting your order. 

We require an approval on the proof for the order to be processed. If we do not receive an approval within a timely manner, this will delay your order. We cannot take any responsibility for this.

What if I need to change the delivery address on my order?

Please message us using the chatbot, or you can email us at larksandcrafts@gmail.com to amend a delivery address. Please ensure to include your order number.

Can I send direct to recipient?

If you wish to send a card direct to the recipient, we can include a handwritten message for you. Please include this in the personalisation request box, or email us on larksandcrafts@gmail.com including your order number.

What is a bespoke request? 

A bespoke request can range from a greeting card, to a print or a customised gift wrap that is not featured on our website. If there's something you have in mind, please let us know and we would be happy to help!
